Shipping Information

Orders may be declined or canceled for availability, errors, fraud, failed payment or legal reasons, with applicable refunds processed as required. Each Seller fulfills its own products. Items may ship separately and may have different processing and delivery timelines as disclosed at checkout. Checkout will show how each purchase is structured.

Checkout should display merchandise prices, shipping charges, applicable taxes and other charges before purchase. Sellers are responsible for accurate listings and disclosed shipping terms. Shippo may support shipping rates, labels and tracking; carrier transit times are estimates unless guaranteed under applicable terms.

Fees & Pricing

The standard Cross Your Arts commission is 7% of the merchandise amount, unless a custom rate has been agreed with the seller. Payment-processing fees are separate and remain the seller’s responsibility. See the Seller Guidelines for refund funding and fee adjustments.
